Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your spa treatment to check in, fill out intake form, change into spa attire and begin your spa experience. To ensure that all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals will end at the scheduled time.
Complimentary use of our spa robes, slippers and lockers are provided for all guests. Our staff is professionally trained in proper draping designed to ensure modesty and comfort throughout your service. Please remove all jewelry before your spa treatment.
We invite you to discuss any preferences or special needs with our spa staff prior to your visit. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may require our attention. For your safety, we discourage immediate sun exposure following skin care therapy or shaving before body treatments. We suggest that you drink plenty of water following your spa treatment.

In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities are left to your discretion. Envelopes are provided at the Front Desk for your convenience.
We have lockers available in the spa for your convenience. Unfortunately, The Men’s Room is not responsible for items that are lost or left at the salon and spa.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments and time spent with us are very important to The Men’s Room team. We reserve your appointments especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and unavoidable issues arise and we will do our best to work with you in these matters. However, we respectfully request at least 24 hrs notice. Please understand that when appointments are rescheduled or cancelled without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time and we are unable to accommodate guests on our waiting list. We give all of our guests the opportunity to adjust appointments as we send out confirmations 7 days, 2 days and 2 hrs before scheduled appointment. Since appointments are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
-“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
-Appointments booked same day must give 2 hrs. Notice or result in 100% of reserved service amount.
-All spa services and multiple services will require a credit card on file. Cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance or result in a 100% charge.
LATE POLICY
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals less than 10 min. However, if more than 10 minutes, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of original appointment will be applied.
REDO Policy
We pride ourselves in providing extraordinary services and customer service, therefore we want you to be 100% satisfied with any services you receive. If you are not satisfied with a service please contact us within 24 hours of your original appointment, so that we can correct the services.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
We write this with the utmost respect to the parents of our salon. Over half of our staff are parents themselves and understand that this can be a sensitive issue. Moving forward, we will be implementing a new policy regarding children under 7.
Minors under the age of 18 must have a parents consent. Minors under the age of 15 must have a parent present in the treatment room.
For safety reasons and to ensure the relaxing atmosphere of our guests, no child under the age of 7 will be allowed into the new facility. Unfortunately, we will no longer offer services to children at The Men’s Room, nor will they be allowed to accompany a parent/guardian during their service.
